I was invited to my second television interview on a show called Open Studio which airs on Cape Town TV. Open Studio is a talk show which focuses on the themes of: Cape Heritage, Health & Wellness, Arts & Culture, Education, Enterprise Development, Race/Gender/Class, and Food Sovereignty/Security. The aim/mission of the show is to empower communities.
I was invited to be interviewed as a guest for the second season airing of the show, alongside fellow guest Thobeka Siganga, a lecturer at Cape Peninsular University of Technology (CPUT) – who also happens to be a “Mrs Commonwealth” finalist. The topic of discussion was “The Importance of Education for the Current Generation“. We were interviewed by the lovely talk show host – Nozipho Phillips.
The second season will start on 13 October 2017, and I will appear on the show which will air on Wednesday, 01 November 2017 on Channel 263 DSTV at 17h00.
Open Studio airs on the DSTV channel 263 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5pm (with a repeat each morning at 9am). Don’t miss my segment! To watch the segment on YouTube click on the link below:
